help buying a tablet pc?

Hello I’m thinking of buying a tablet PC but I can’t afford an Ipad it is beyond my budget so I’m thinking of getting an android table or a kindle fire. My budget is around $200 .I been hearing that some tablets don’t have flash so you can not see YouTube or any flash video. I need one with flash cause the main thing I’m going to be using it for is YouTube, surfing, Netflix and watching mp4 videos I have recorded.can somebody give me advice on what tablet is good for me? PS I do have a lot of Amazon video and music and books ..thanks
